Join an expanding orthopedic and hand surgery program in the heart of the Sunshine State. Lakeland Regional Health (LRH) is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic or Plastic Hand Surgeon to join our growing team in beautiful Lakeland, Florida. Lakeland Regional Health is seeking a fellowship-trained Hand Surgeon to help expand our comprehensive regional hand surgery program. The ideal candidate will:
Be fellowship trained in Hand Surgery; Upper Extremity fellowship training is a ideal.
Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient hand surgery care.
Play a key role in growing the region's only dedicated hand surgery program, serving a multicounty referral population of approximately one million people at a level 1 Trauma center.
Position Highlights
Large employed physician group with more than 400 providers representing 40+ specialties.
Extensive referral network through LRH primary care, neurology, rheumatology, and community physicians.
Join an established team of two Orthopedic Hand Surgeons and two Plastic Hand Surgeons.
Outpatient clinic featuring: On-site hand therapy, radiology and ultrasound.
Shared hand surgery call at a single Level I Trauma Center. Hand surgery call only—no general orthopedic trauma call required.
Opportunity to perform surgery in an ambulatory surgery center (ASC).

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible through ABMS or AOA
Completion of an accredited Hand Surgery fellowship with experience at a Level I Trauma Center preferred.
