Opportunity Details
- FTE: 1.00
- Schedule: Dividing time between the office and operating room. Candidate will be asked to cover both general ortho and hand call while on call and will rotate through a 1:8 call schedule with the option to take additional isolated hand call at our institution if desired.

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
- Fellowship trained in Hand Surgery
- Experience with outpatient and inpatient care (if applicable)
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and hold active medical license
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality, efficient, compassionate, patient-focused care in the community.
- Perform evaluations, surgeries, and post-op care for hand and upper extremity conditions
- Participate in multidisciplinary care teams
- Support teaching, mentoring, or research initiatives if relevant
- Work with orthopedic surgery resients in the office and OR to provide education in surgical and clinical skills. Staff a residency clinic on a 1:8 basis.
- Attend residency grand rounds relevant to the specialty of hand surgery, typically once weekly one month out of the year.
- Participate in quarterly Morbidity and Mortality conference.
