Slingsby & Huot Eye Associates has a unique opportunity for a full-time BC/BE Ophthalmologist to join our team in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Subspecialists in anterior segment, cornea, retina and glaucoma are encouraged to apply. We are seeking a partnership-minded individual whose main priority is to provide the highest level of care to patients and can establish themselves as a valuable resource to our wide-reaching referral network. Ophthalmologists joining us are fully supported from day one by our team of dedicated technicians, scribes, billing, and front office staff. We are a physician-owned practice that includes a general ophthalmologist, a retinal specialist and 4 non-physician providers.

Slingsby & Huot Eye Associates is a well-established provider of advanced eye care and surgical services in the Black Hills region and beyond. Located in Rapid City, SD, with outreach clinics in Pierre, Belle Fourche, Spearfish, and Chadron, NE, the practice is dedicated to delivering the highest level of eye care to patients throughout the region. We are located in a 17,000+ Square Foot privately owned medical building with an on-site ambulatory surgical center and laser center. Our offices include 12 fully equipped lanes as well as 8 special testing rooms, and state-of-the-art equipment.

Guaranteed base salary and production bonuses
Anticipated 1st year volume of 30-40 patients per day and 400 surgeries per year. Year 2-3 400-800 expected cases, year 4+ 800-1500 cases and beyond.
Very reasonable partnership track with buy-in opportunities for practice and on-site ambulatory surgery center (ASC) within 2 years
Highly motivated fellowship-trained sub-specialists have the opportunity for top tier earning potential
4 weeks of paid PTO, plus 5 days for CME. CME stipend of $2000
401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with eligibility after one year plus a 3% Safe-Harbor non-elective employer contribution and discretionary profit-sharing
