We are recruiting a passionate, skilled, and motivated Glaucoma Specialist to join our dynamic team in Seattle. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice at the forefront of ophthalmology in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Your Role
As a key member of our team, you will:
Provide surgical and medical care for patients with glaucoma and cataracts
Collaborate closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists and our co-management team
Utilize your expertise to enhance both medical and surgical eye care programs
Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a high-volume, collaborative setting
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Fellowship training in glaucoma
Board certification or eligibility
Unrestricted Washington medical license and DEA certificate
Expertise in glaucoma and cataract surgery with a commitment to continuous self-improvement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for multidisciplinary collaboration and compassionate patient care
Education & Certification
Board-Certified MD or DO
DEA Certification
Compensation & Benefits
Base / Total income: $300,000–$1,000,000 depending on skills, work pace, efficiency and overall suitability for this role.
