The Eye Group of Connecticut is looking to replace retiring Ophthalmologist partner in the Summer of 2026. Busy Private Practice with solid track record for over 25 years and extensive community referral system, three partners, with built-in medical and surgical volume. Potential candidate would have a very desirable workload right from the start, including surgical volume.

Flexible position - looking for a Surgical (general/cataract/glaucoma) Ophthalmologist or Medical Ophthalmologist. There is untapped potential in the field of medical and surgical Glaucoma and Plastics.

Flexible start date - our priority is to find a great match and develop long-term relationship.

Full or part-time opportunity available.

Partnership track is available but not required based on candidate's interest.

Nearby Ophthalmology-specific ambulatory surgery center with excellent efficiency, winner of 2025 Best-ASC-Award, and fruitful ownership opportunity.

Optometrist with interest in Medical Ophthalmology will be considered as well.

Requirements

Completion of US-accredited training program.

Surgical proficiency and some experience would be a plus.
