Johnson Laser Eye is a boutique cataract and refractive surgery practice dedicated to delivering the region’s most elevated patient experience. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a second cataract surgeon who will have immediate surgical volume, the opportunity to perform advanced technology cataract surgery in a state-of-the-art office-based surgery suite, and a clear pathway toward partnership.

Immediate Surgical Volume

The incoming surgeon will step into an established surgical volume supported by our optometric referral network, strong word-of-mouth reputation, and growing community presence. This allows the surgeon to focus on surgical excellence from the beginning rather than spending years building a practice. 

Growth Opportunities in Refractive Surgery

As the practice continues to expand, there will be opportunities for increasing involvement in our Refractive Surgery program based on the surgeon’s goals, interests, and performance. Mentorship and training will be available, as needed, for surgeons interested in developing expertise in refractive surgery, including:

•         LASIK and PRK utilizing our dedicated refractive surgery suite featuring the Alcon WaveLight FS200 femtosecond laser and EX500 excimer laser
•         EVO Implantable Collamer Lens
•         Refractive Lens Exchange
