What You’ll Walk Into

• Immediate surgical volume
• Full clinic schedule
• Established referral flow and efficient systems
• SLT/YAG/Argon lasers, minor procedure room, and LASIK machine on site
• Physician-led private practice with significant clinical and surgical autonomy

Compensation

• $350,000 base + productivity bonus
• Full benefits, malpractice, CME

Ideal Candidate

• Comprehensive ophthalmologist
• Clinically/surgically strong and comfortable managing a busy, well-supported schedule
• Spanish preferred, not required

Qualifications

MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
Arizona license (or ability to obtain)
