CONFIDENTIAL – Full-Time Surgical Podiatrist / Foot & Ankle Surgeon – Northeast Ohio
A growing fast, established, high-volume private foot and ankle practice in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Full-Time Surgical Podiatrist / Foot & Ankle Surgeon for an immediate or near-term start.
This is a strong private-practice opportunity with immediate patient volume, long-term growth potential, and a clinical platform that is both office-based and hospital-based. The practice provides comprehensive foot and ankle care, diabetic foot care, wound care, inpatient services, and surgery.
The ideal candidate is surgically oriented and comfortable with forefoot surgery, rearfoot/ankle pathology, trauma, diabetic limb salvage, wound care, and hospital/OR work depending on training and privileges. Fellowship-trained or fellowship-eligible candidates are preferred, but the most important traits are clinical judgment, work ethic, documentation, patient communication, and desire to build within a high-volume private practice model.
Compensation and benefits include competitive base salary, productivity and objective performance/KPI bonus opportunity, health insurance, 401(k), PTO/vacation, CME/professional allowance, malpractice coverage, and long-term growth potential. Optional pay-range language: anticipated base salary $200,000 to $250,000 depending on experience, training, schedule, privileges, and qualifications.

Requirements
Requirements:
DPM degree
Ohio licensed or license-eligible
Residency trained
PMSR/RRA and/or fellowship training preferred for rearfoot/ankle and reconstruction
Board-qualified/board-certified or actively pursuing certification preferred
Strong documentation, communication, efficiency, and patient-centered approach
