Compensation & Benefits
- $640,000+ starting salary with RVU-based bonuses and ASC ancillary income designed for $1,500,000+ annual earnings
- Fellowship stipend of $2,000 per month paid while you finish training
- Significant additional income potential through ASC ownership
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Hand Surgery
- Open to 2027 graduating residents and fellows
- No visa sponsorship available
