Columbia University Irving Medical Center is conducting a search for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist to join the Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Division.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated colleague who is inspired by the tripartite mission of academia: clinical care, research, and education. Responsibilities include participation in the faculty practice of the Department of Ophthalmology and teaching through our affiliated sites (NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and Harlem Hospital). A track record of proven positive interactions with residents and fellows is highly desirable
The successful candidate will be appointed to the full-time faculty at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons’ Department of Ophthalmology at the Edward S. Harkness Eye Institute with privileges at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and Harlem Hospital.
Requirements: License (or eligible) to practice Medicine in New York; Board Certification or Eligibility (ABO); ASOPRS fellowship training in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. Academic rank and salary commensurate with experience.
