Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur multi-location private practice is seeking a highly skilled, board-certified or board-eligible professional eager for an immediate partnership opportunity without any buy-in requirements. We are looking for a friendly, dedicated team player who is interested in a long-term commitment.
Our Mission: To deliver outstanding oral surgery in a supportive and stress-free atmosphere, working closely with our patients' referring doctors.
Our Vision: To achieve global recognition as a pioneering leader in oral surgery by consistently enhancing the patient experience and shaping the future of dental standards.
Opportunity Highlights:
- A guaranteed base salary of $500,000, complemented by a collection bonus.
- Immediate partnership available with no buy-in required.
- A comprehensive, predominantly surgeon-owned oral and maxillofacial surgery practice, focusing heavily on dental implants, with the potential to place several hundred implants annually, including full arch cases.
- Collaborate in a professional and collegial environment with Key Opinion Leaders in implant surgery, full arch reconstruction, digital workflows, and productivity.
- A full schedule is ready, supported by an excellent referral network and a well-trained staff.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a willingness to mentor and build relationships with referrals while being a community leader.
- Teaching capabilities, with a readiness to present and educate referrals.
- A strong work ethic, with a commitment to taking on additional tasks or working late when necessary.
- Eligibility to obtain licensure in Kansas and Missouri.
- Proficient knowledge of implant dentistry, including both surgical and prosthetic aspects.
- Familiarity with digital dentistry and the associated workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other surgeons and staff across different offices.
- A willingness to stay updated on new advancements in oral surgery.
