$35,000 sign on bonus plus up to $160,000 in additional bonuses during the first three years
Kaiser Permanente - Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is seeking an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our team in San Bernardino County, CA.
Position Highlights
- Full-time partnership-track opportunity for a BC/BE Orthopedic Hand Surgeon with fellowship training in Hand Surgery
- Join 4 existing hand surgeons in a large multi-specialty orthopedic practice comprised of 28 orthopedic surgeons with a broad range of sub-specialty experience and 21 physician assistants.
- The group covers two hospitals located in Ontario and Fontana and provides tertiary care to over 700k members in the surrounding San Bernardino County.
- On-call responsibilities would average one weekday and one weekend day per month.
- Dedicated trauma room 5 days a week reserved for general orthopedic trauma that is covered by 2 fellowship-trained orthopedic traumatologists.
- Two full days per week of protected OR time for urgent hand cases that is shared on a rotating basis among the fellowship-trained hand surgeons.
- Hand call responsibilities are shared between the plastic and orthopedic services in our level II trauma system. We are not a replant center.

Salary range for full-time/part-time openings is $536,575.00 to $729,087.00. Potential premium earnings are up to $80,136.00. Salaries are inclusive of incentives depending on skills and competencies and geographic location. Potential premium earnings are based on location. Annual Salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort.
