About the PositionA leading private orthopedicand neurosurgical practice in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a fellowship-trainedAdult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in total jointprocedures, particularly the anterior hip approach, to join our expanding team.Our multidisciplinary group specializes in orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery,and orthopedic spine care, serving a growing patient base with the highestlevel of musculoskeletal care.
Position Highlights:
- High Demand for AnteriorHip: Join a well-established and respected practice with immediate demand foranterior hip replacements. No current surgeons in the group are performing thisapproach, providing a unique opportunity to build a high-volume practicequickly.
- Collaborative Environment:Work alongside a team of board-certified orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons,spine specialists, and experienced advanced practice providers in a collegial,patient-centered setting.
- Compensation: First-yearguaranteed salary based on MGMA benchmarks, transitioning to a directbilling/physician fee model with potential to earn $1M+ annually.

Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accreditedorthopedic surgery residency
- Completion of a fellowshipin Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Surgery
- Proficiency in the anteriorapproach to hip replacement
- Board Certified or BoardEligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Eligible for a Nebraskamedical license
- Strong interpersonal,communication, and clinical skills
- Team-oriented with acommitment to delivering high-quality patient care
