Retina Associates of Orange County, a physician-owned, single-specialty vitreoretinal practice with offices in Newport Beach, Laguna Hills, and Santa Ana, is seeking a fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgeon to join our five-physician team as a partnership-track associate.

Our group has experienced zero physician turnover, and every physician who has joined as an associate has advanced to full partnership. Requirements

Responsibilities include comprehensive medical and surgical management of vitreoretinal disease; outpatient evaluation, imaging, laser treatment, and intravitreal injections; vitreoretinal surgery; timely management of retinal emergencies; shared call coverage; collaboration with a strong regional referral network; and participation in practice growth and quality-improvement initiatives.
