OUTPATIENT DIALYSIS ACCESS / VASCULAR SURGERY OPPORTUNITY – SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA
Established vascular and dialysis access practice in San Diego seeking a board-certified or board-eligible surgeon to join our growing team.
This position is designed for excellent work-life balance and offers a highly predictable schedule focused on outpatient dialysis access and elective vascular procedures.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No trauma call
- No hospital emergency call
- Minimal weekend responsibilities
- Typical workday completed before 5 PM
- Outpatient-focused practice environment
- Dialysis access creation and maintenance procedures
- Fistulograms, angioplasty, thrombectomy, AV access work
- Opportunity to perform vein ablations and venous procedures if desired
- Collaborative and supportive practice model

Requirements
- Completion of a fellowship program with formal training in open and endovascular procedures as well as in vascular ultrasound.
- Board Certified in Vascular Surgery with at least 2 years experience.
- California Medical License
- Fluoroscopy License
- The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with a positive attitude while being focused on building and maintaining relationships with referring physicians and patients.
- Spanish speaking is a plus
