As our newest Retina Surgeon, you will be at the forefront of diagnosing and treating complex vitreoretinal conditions, directly improving the quality of life for patients across Idaho and the surrounding region. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the future of our retina service line, collaborate with a highly skilled team, and—if desired—pursue a clear pathway to partnership. Requirements
Perform advanced vitreoretinal surgeries, including repair of retinal detachments, macular hole surgery, and diabetic retinopathy interventions.
Provide comprehensive medical retina care, including intravitreal injections, laser treatments, and management of age-related macular degeneration.
Collaborate with our team of ophthalmologists, optometrists, and support staff to deliver seamless, patient-focused care.
Participate in community outreach and education to raise awareness about retinal health.
Contribute to practice growth through innovation, mentorship, and leadership in clinical excellence.
MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency and vitreoretinal fellowship.
Board-certified or board-eligible in ophthalmology.
Strong surgical skills with a track record of excellent patient outcomes.
A collaborative, compassionate approach to patient care with interest in practice leadership and potential partnership.
